Removing the international modem
To remove the modem.
1.
Remove the battery
2.
Move the keyboard back.
3.
Remove the internal modem board.
4.
Remove the modem jack and cable.
5.
Secure the modem slot cover.
6.
Replace the keyboard and secure the braces.
7.
Install the battery pack.
Refer to the installation procedures for details.
The international modem is approved by Japan Approvals Institute for
Telecommunications Equipment.
