Keyboard indicators
The following figure shows the position of the CAPS LOCK indicator which
shows the following conditions:
■ When the CAPS LOCK indicator glows, the keyboard will produce
capitals when any letter is typed.

Optical disc drives
The computer is installed with a DVD Super Multi drive. A. When the
computer is accessing a optical disc, an indicator on the drive glows. For
information on loading and unloading discs refer to the Using optical disc
drives section in Chapter 4, Operating Basics.
Region codes for DVD drives and media
DVD Super Multi drives and their associated media are manufactured
according to the specifications of six marketing regions. When you
purchase DVD-Video, make sure it matches your drive, otherwise it will not
play properly.

CAPS LOCK This indicator glows green when letter keys are
locked into their uppercase format.
