3 chTests and Diagnostics 3.10 Printer Test
Subtest 02 Function
This subtest is for IBM compatible printers, and tests the following
functions:
Normal print
Double-width print
Compressed print
Emphasized print
Double-strike print
All characters print
This subtest prints the various print types shown below:
Subtest 03 Wrap around
NOTE: To execute this subtest, a printer wraparound connector must be connected to
the computer’s printer port.
This subtest checks the output and bi-directional modes of the data, control
and status lines through the parallel port wraparound connector
(34M741986G01). (Both output and bi-directional modes are tested.)
