Schedule an appointment
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Calendar.
2. Click Menu > New Appointment.
3. Enter information about the appointment. To schedule an all-day event, under End
time , select All day event .
4. Click Done.
Note: All-day events do not occupy blocks of time in Calendar; instead, they appear in
banners at the top of the calendar.
Make an appointment recurring
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Calendar.
2. Click the appointment and click Edit.
3. Scroll down to Occurs and click one of the recurrence options.
4. Click Done
Update an appointment
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Calendar.
2. Click the appointment and click Edit.
3. If the appointment is recurring, click Yes to edit only the current occurrence, or click No
to edit the series.
4. Make your changes, and click Done.
Delete an appointment
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Calendar.
2. In Agenda view, select the appointment to delete.
3. Click Menu > Delete Appointment.
