8. CONVECTION COOKING
The convection cooking can let you cook the food as a traditional oven. Microwave is not used.
It is recommended that you should preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before
placing the food in the oven.
There are 10 dierent temperatures are available:
100ºF, 150ºF, 250ºF, 275ºF, 300ºF, 325ºF, 350ºF, 375ºF, 400ºF, 425ºF.
To cook with preheat
Please do not put the food into the oven at the beginning. The oven needs to be preheated rst.
