Usage Limitation
 The product is not designed for any "critical applications." "Critical applications"
means lifesupport systems, exhaust or smoke extraction applications, medical
applications, commercialaviation, mass transit applications, military applications,
homeland security applications, nuclearfacilities or systems or any other applications
where product failure could lead to injury topersons or loss of life or catastrophic
property damage.
 Accordingly, Toshiba disclaims any and all liability arising out of the use of the
product in anycritical applications.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.Operation is subject to the following
two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
