ORDERS /TRANSFERS

This section controls the automatic Order/Transfer number generation

PREFIX

This will place the text entered here as the starting information for the automatically

generated code. I.e. PRE0008 would be a prefixed reference

SUFFIX

This will place the text entered here as the end information for the automatically

generated code. I.E. 0008TSUF would be a suffixed reference

FIXED DIGITS

This determines how many digits the reference number will be i.e. 4 will generate 0001

etc.

NEXT ORDER NUMBER

This stores the next number to be generated when the automatic reference number

generation is selected.
