If you have followed the recommendations in this guide and are still having problems, you may
need additional technical assistance.
Before you call
Since some problems may be related tothe operating system or the program you're using, it's
important toinvestigate other sources of assistance first. Try the following before contacting
Toshiba:
q Review the troubleshooting information in your Windowsoperating system documentation.
q If the problem occurs while you are running aprogram, consult the program's documentation
for troubleshooting suggestions. Contact the software company's technical support group for
their assistance.
q Consult the dealer from whom you purchased your computer and/ or program. Your dealer is
your best source for current information.
Toshiba's Bulletin Board Service
Toshiba's Bulletin Board Service (BBS) is available 24-hours aday, and is free of charge
toanyone with aPC and amodem. From Toshiba's BBS, you can download files and obtain other
useful information tokeep your computer running at peak performance.
