1. Check the antenna cahle is connected.

2. Check the remaining time of disc.

DVD-RAM/DVD-RW/DVD-R discs should be formatted in

advance before beginning recording. Most new discs are

sold unformatted. Make stay to format your unformatted

discs before wcording.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE hutton and place a record-

able disc on the disc tray_

Press the CHANNEL V/Abutton to select

the channel yot ",',:ant o "ecorc

Press the REC Speed button on n'mote control, to

select tile recording speed (quality).

Press the REC hutton.

begins.

Press tile STOP button to stop or finish a recording

in progress.

| Pausing / Resuming

• Press the REC PAUSE button to pause a recording in

progress.

• Preaq the REC PAUSE button again during pause to

resume recording.

• "_u can switdl channels by pressing the CH V/A

buttons while recording pauses.

• Recording will stop automatically if there is not

enougtl space for recording.

• Up to 99 titles call he recorded onto a disc.

• If the power interrupted due to power failun' or

other reasons, tile title being recorded will not be

saved onto tile disc.

• Recording wil[ stop automatically if a copy protect-

ed imagc is input.

• Do not use DVD-R authoring discs with this unit.
