Turning on the battery switch
The Product supports the battery switch for preventing the battery from discharging during a long de-
energization period prior to its use or from being damaged during transportation. Your purchased initial Product
is such that the battery switch is turned off. Before using the Product, turn on the battery switch.
Placing the battery switch in the ON position
Attention

Once you begin to use the Product, you will not turn off the battery switch. When consulting your
dealer
owing to Product trouble, however, turn off the battery switch.

•
When you turn off the battery switch, the date and time for the Product are reset.
