Q
I cannot use an application.
A
The application may not be properly installed.
See the manual that comes with your application and install it properly.

There may not be sufficient memory.
If the memory capacity is sufficient enough to start the application, you cannot use it. For

Q
An application freezes.
A
If the application freezes, follow the steps below to abort it and then restart the application.
You cannot save the data that you were editing before aborting the application.
(1) Press the Ctrl
+ Alt + Del keys.
The [Windows Task Manager] window appears.
(2) Click the task that shows [No response] on the [Applications] tab.
(3) Click the [Quit Task] button.
The application closes.

I deleted the preinstalled application by mistake.

You can re-install the preinstalled applications and drivers.
