Q
I cannot use an application.
A
The application may not be properly installed.
See the manual that comes with your application and install it properly.

The application may not be compatible with the system (OS).
Some applications may be compatible with only a limited number of systems (OS).

There may not be sufficient memory.
If the memory capacity is sufficient enough to start the application, you cannot use it. For
the required memory capacity, see the manual that comes with your application.

Some applications may require change in the system configuration.
See the manual that comes with your application to change the system configuration.
Q
An application freezes.
A
If the application freezes, follow the steps below to abort it and then restart the application.
You cannot save the data that you were editing before aborting the application.
(1) Press the Ctrl
+ Alt + Del keys.
The [Windows Task Manager] window appears.
(2) Click the task that shows [No response] on the [Applications] tab.
(3) Click the [Quit Task] button.
The application closes.

I deleted the preinstalled application by mistake.

You can re-install the preinstalled applications and drivers.
