Tools are warrantied to be free from defect in workmanship. Our obligation under this
warranty is:
If the tool proves to be imperfect or defective under the conditions of normal use, we agree
to repair or replace the tool. The tool must be returned to our factory prepaid. We do not
assume any responsibility for breakage where flaws or defects don't appear in the tool
and/or the tool has suffered abuse, misuse, neglect, has been marked with the owners
name, altered, or experimented upon. We also do not assume any responsibility for normal
wear and tear. Dealers are not authorized to make replacement. We neither assume nor
authorize any agent or other person to assume further liability in connection with the sale of
our tools. In particular, we do not assume any liability for incidental or consequential
damages for breach of any written or implied warranty. Some States do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
