5.5 Unusual functions/emergency situations
There are three ways to stop the motor:
1.
Turn tiller to stop position
2.
Removemagnetickill
switch
3.
Removemotorcablefrom
battery (main switch)
In the unlikely event that your Torqeedo battery should catch fire, try
to move it into a position where it cannot cause damage. Water cannot
extinguish a lithium fire – if possible cover the battery with sand.
