CE 1/3 AREA COVER KIT

For Workman 3000 Series

MOUNT RADIATOR COVER

Note: If machine is currently equipped with a full bed

kit, existing radiator cover and mounting brackets must

be removed and replaced with C.E. kit radiator cover.

1. Mount radiator cover mounting brackets to vehicle

frame brackets with (4) 5/16-18 x 3/4" capscrews and

locknuts. Position left and right brackets as shown in

figure 1.

2. Loosely secure a knob to each mounting bracket

with a carriage bolt, a shown in figure 1.

3. Hook cover onto carriage bolts and tighten knobs

(Fig. 1).

Note: Cover to remain on vehicle whenever full bed is

installed or 1/3 area is open.

IMPORTANT: Higher rear pivot plates and spacer

blocks must be installed on Full Area Flat Bed when CE

kit is installed on vehicle. Pivot plates and spacers are

included with all 4 wheel drive (gas & diesel) and 2

wheel drive (diesel) models, but are not included with 2

wheel drive (gas) model.

MOUNT COVER

1. Position cover on frame rails aligning mounting

holes (Fig. 2).

2. Secure cover to frame rails with (5) flange head

capscrews (Fig. 2).
