14.Toinstallthebeltcovers,insertthetabsonthe
eachcoverintothecorrespondingslotsonthe
deckbracket,ensuringthattheyseat.
15.Rotatethecovertothedeckandslidethe
notchesundertheloosenedboltsuntiltheyare
seated.
16.Tightentheboltstosecurethecovertothedeck.
17.Tightenthe2bottomboltsholdingthe
mower-deckcurtaintothemowerdeck;referto
ReleasingtheMower-DeckCurtain(page35).
RemovingtheMower
Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengage
theblade-controlswitch.Movethemotion-control
leversoutwardtotheNEUTRAL-LOCKposition,engage
theparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,removethekey,
andwaitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
Lowerthemowertothelowestheightofcut.Select
oneofthefollowingproceduresdependingonthe
mowerdecksizeinstalledtocompletetheremoval.

1.Lowerthemowertothe76mm(3inch)
height-of-cutposition.
2.Loosenthe2bottomboltsholdingthe
mower-deckcurtaintothemowerdeck;referto
