1.Cutthecabletiestoremovethedumphandlefrom
theundersideofthegrate.
2.Positionthedumphandlesothattheboltholesalign
withtheboltholesinthedrum(Figure3,Figure4,
orFigure5).

3.Insertthe2boltsthroughtheboltholesinthedump
handleandthedrum(Figure3,Figure4,orFigure5).

wrenchtokeeptheboltsfromspinning.
