Thehandheldremotehas3PRESETbuttonswhich
youcanprogramwithoorandoptionspeedsettings.
EachPRESETbuttonactslikeapreviewmodeforthe
ALLSTARTbutton,exceptthattheyusedifferent,user
denedquickreferencespeedvalues.
Iftheoorand/ortheoptionhappentoberunningat
thetimeyoupressaPRESETbutton,apreviewvalue
ofbothoorandoptionsettingsisdisplayed;ifyou
thenpresstheALLSTARTbutton,thecurrentoperating
valuesarereplacedbythepresetvalues.Ifyoudo
notpresstheALL-STARTbuttonwithin10seconds,the
systemrevertstothepreviouslystoredvalues.
Usethefollowingproceduretosetthevaluesofa
PRESETbutton:
1.Startboththeoorandoptioneitherindividually
orbyusingtheALLSTARTbutton.
2.Setthedesiredspeedsofbothoorand
optionbyusingtheappropriateINCREASEand
DECREASEspeedbuttonsforeachoutput.
3.PressandholdtheSTOREbuttonandthenpress
thedesiredPRESETbutton(1,2,or3).

Note:IfyouholdtheSTOREbuttonandpressa
PRESETbuttonwhileeithertheoororoptionareoff,
nonewvalueisstoredforeitheroororoption;the
presetholdsthevaluespreviouslystored.
UsingaPresetMode
1.PressthedesiredPRESETbutton(1,2or3)to
displaytheoorandoptionsettings.
2.PresstheALLSTARTbuttontostarttheoorand
option(ifthehydraulicsareturnedon).
3.UsetheSTARTandSTOPbuttonstocontrolthe
oorandoptionasdesired.
LoadingtheHopper
Important:Donotcarrypassengersinthe
hopper.
Important:Donotcarryloadsthatexceedthe
loadlimitsofthemachine,orthetowvehicle;
refertoSpecications(page20).
Important:Thestabilityofloadscanvary—for
example,highloadshaveahighercenterof
gravity.Reducethemaximumloadlimitsto
ensurebetterstability,ifnecessary.
1.Connectthemachinetothetowvehicle.
2.Loadthehopperwithmaterial.
Loadthemachinefromthetoporfromthe
rear.
Formostmaterials,suchassandorgravel,
youcanuseafront-endbucketloader.For
materialssuchaslandscapingtimbersor
fertilizerbags,loadfromtherearbyplacing
thematerialontheconveyorbeltandsetting
thehydraulicsintheloadposition.
Youmayneedtoremovethereargatefor
easieraccess.
Ifsacksofmaterialareused,emptythe
sacksintotheloader’sbucketbeforeloading
thematerialintothehopper.Toensure
stability,distributetheloadevenly,frontto
backandsidetoside.
Important:Donotputlargeorheavyobjects
intothehopper.Materialthatislargerthan
thereargateopeningmaydamagethebelt
andreargateassembly.Alsoensurethatthe
loadhasauniformtexture.Themachinecan
unpredictablythrowsmallrocksinthesand.
Toavoidcausingthemachinetotipover(see
safetydecalsinthismanual):
Carefullymonitortheheightandweightof
theload.Higherandheavierloadscan
increasetheriskoftipping.
Distributetheloadevenly,fronttobackand
sidetoside.
Becarefulwhenturningandavoidanunsafe
maneuver.
