Note: As assistant may be required as the hitch is very heavy. 3. Lower the ProPass onto the side rails and hitch assembly while aligning the mounting holes. 2. Loosely mount the hitch assembly to each side rail with (4) 1/2 x 1–1/2 inch flange head bolts and 1/2 inch flange nuts (Figure 3). 4.

Important: When routing either the hydraulic hoses or the electrical wiring harness always remember to route them out of the way of all moving components and always ensure that there is never any stress on the line. 6. Route and connect the electrical connections. Refer to the ProPass Operators Manual for the information on the electrical connections.
