Set-Up for the Control Box:
1. Determine the most convenient location (near
the operator) for mounting the Control Box, as that
will effect the point where the red and black wires
of the Wiring Harness will be connected to the
power source.
NOTE: The Magnets used to mount the Control
Box must be attached to a metal surface. If such
a surface is not available, a metal mounting
bracket will have to be fabricated.
NOTE: If necessary, the red and black power
wires can be pulled from the split conduit to
bring them closer to your power source.
Measure very carefully, being sure to allow
plenty of wire for the connections, and cut off
any excess wire.
2. Strip 1/4" of insulation from the power wires
and crimp the two Ring Terminals onto the stripped
ends.
3. Connect power wires to power source.
4. Route the Wiring Harness along the Skid
Sprayer Frame toward the Booms.
BOOM LIFT KIT FUSE HOLDER: 30 Amp fuse
for Boom Controllers.
FOAM MARKER FUSE HOLDER: 10 Amp
fuse for Foam Marker.
