ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily—Checkthetire
pressure.
Aftertherst8hours—Torquethe
wheellugnuts.
Every100hours—Torquethewheellug
nuts.
Every100hours—Inspectthecondition
andwearofthetires.
Checkthetirepressureevery8hoursordailytoensure
properlevels.Fillthetiresto18psi(124kPa).Also,check
thetiresforwearordamage.
Checkthewheelstoensurethattheyaremountedsecurely
aftertherst8operatinghoursandthenevery100hours
thereafter.Torquethefrontboltsto50-55ft-lb(68-74N-m)
andtherearlugnutsto40-60ft-lb(54-81N-m).
Checkthetireconditionatleastevery100hoursofoperation.
Operatingaccidents,suchashittingcurbs,candamagea
tireorrimandalsodisruptwheelalignment,soinspecttire
conditionafteranaccident.

ServiceInterval:Every100hours/Yearly(whichevercomes

Thetoe-inshouldbe0to1/4inch(0to6mm).
1.Fillthetankwithapproximately80USgallons(303L)
ofwater.
2.Checkandllalltires;refertoCheckingTirePressure.
3.Drivethesprayerbackandforthafewtimestorelax
theA-arms,thendriveitforwardatleast10ft(3m).
4.Measurethedistancebetweenbothofthefronttires
attheaxleheightatboththefrontandrearofthe
fronttires(
Figure58).Axtureoralignmentgaugeis
neededfortherearmeasurementofthefronttiresat
axleheight.Usethesamextureoralignmentgaugeto
accuratelymeasurethefrontofthefronttiresataxle
height(
Figure58).
Thefrontofthetiresshouldbe0to1/4inch(0to
6mm)closerthanthebacksideofthefronttires.
