Procedure
1.Removethetiestrapsthatsecurethecontrolrods
tothehandle.
2.Removetheaxlepinsfrombothwheelsandslide
thewheelsoutwardontheaxleapproximately1inch
(2.5cm)(Figure3).

angedownontothetractionrodattachedtothe
leftsideofthehandle(Figure4).

5.Aligntheholesintheleftsideofthehandleassembly
withtheholesintheleftsideplate,andsecurethe
handlewith2capscrewsandBellevillewashersuntil
theyarengertight(Figure3).
Note:TheconcavesideoftheBellevillewasher
goesagainsttheoutsideofthehandle.
6.Aligntheholesintherightsideofthehandle
assemblywiththeholesintherightsideplate,and
securethehandlewith2capscrewsandBelleville
washersuntiltheyarengertight.
7.Ensurethatthehandlesareatthesameheight,then
tightenthehandlefastenerssecurely.
8.Slidethewheelsinwardandinserteachaxlepin
throughtheholeineachwheelhubandthroughthe
outerholeoftheaxle(Figure5).
