1.Securetheupperchutecontrolbracket(attachedto
thechutecontrolrod)totheupperleftsideofthe
handlewithaboltandalocknut(Figure10).

2.Securethelowerchutecontrolbracket(attachedto
thechutecontrolrod)tothelowerleftsideofthe
handlewithabolt,acurvedwasher,aatwasher,
andalocknut(Figure10).
Note:Thebracketshouldbefastenedontheinside
ofthehandle,andtherodshouldbeapproximately
paralleltothegroundandnottouchthehandle.
Note:Leavethelocknutloose.

Procedure
Yoursnowthrowercomeswith21oz.(0.62l)ofoilin
theengine.
Note:Beforestartingtheengine,checktheoillevel
andaddoilifnecessary.
Max.ll:21oz.(0.62l),type:automotivedetergent
oilwithanAPIserviceclassicationofSF,SG,SH,SJ,
SL,orhigher.
