WARNING
Thespraywandtrapsliquidsunder
highpressure,evenwhenengineisoff.
High-pressurespraydischargecouldcause
seriousinjuryordeath.
•Keepclearofthenozzleanddonotdirect
thesprayorstreamfromthewandat
people,pets,ornon-workareaproperty.
•Donotdirectthesprayatornear
electrical-powercomponentsorsource.
•Donotrepairthespraywand,hoses,seals,
nozzle,orotherwandcomponents;always
replacethem.
•Donotattachthehosesorother
componentstothenozzleattheendofthe
spraywand.
•Donotattempttodisconnectthespray
wandfromthemachinewhilethesprayer
systemispressurized.
•Donotusethespraywandiftriggerlockis
damagedormissing.
•Rotatethespray-wandlocktotheOFF
positionwhenjobiscomplete.

performthefollowing:
•Toincreasethepumppressuretothe
wand,rotatethewand-pressurecontrol
counterclockwise(Figure49).

4.Squeezethetriggertothespray-wandhandle
tobeginspraying;lockthetriggerinplaceif
desired(Figure48).
5.Whennishedspraying,ifyoulockedthetrigger
ofthespray-wand—unlockit,andreleasethe
trigger(Figure48)
6.Rotatethesprayer-wandpressurecontrol
clockwisetotheOFFposition(Figure49).
7.Insertthewandintothewandholder(Figure48).

•Parkthemachineonalevelsurface;shutoffthe
engine;engagetheparkingbrake;removethe
key;andwaitforallmovementtostopbefore
leavingtheoperator’sposition.
•Afteryounishoperatingthemachinefortheday,
washoffallchemicalresiduefromtheoutsideof
themachine;refertoChemicalSafety(page17).
•Usefull-widthrampsforloadingthemachineinto
atrailerortruck.
•Tiethemachinedownsecurelytothetraileror
truckusingstraps,chains,cable,orropes.Both
frontandrearstrapsshouldbedirecteddownand
outwardfromthemachine.
