Adhere the auxiliary-brake decal above the switch (Figure 4). Procedure 5. Connect the new wire harness to the flasher module, hazard switch, turn-signal switch, and auxiliary-brake switch (Figure 5). 1. Remove the 6 bolts from the console and remove the panel (Figure 3).

7. Route the wire harness through the bracket and under the operator platform (Figure 8). 8. Connect the wire harness to both connectors that you unplugged from the existing headlights and connect the front turn signal connector to the platform wire harness (Figure 8). 9. Route the wire harness through the left headlight bracket and connect it to the left headlight (Figure 8). 10. Install a cover panel to each headlight mount using 4 plugs.
5. Connect the wire harness to both connectors that you unplugged from the existing headlights and connect the front turn signal connector to the platform wire harness (Figure 10). 6. Route the wire harness through the left headlight bracket and connect it to the left headlight (Figure 10). 7. Secure the wire harness to the brackets using the cable ties.

4. Hold the pivot bracket on the rear of the left frame and drill 3 holes (10 mm or 0.39 inch diameter) in the locations shown in Figure 15. 6. Insert a roll pin in the pivot arm (Figure 17). 9. Install the left light to the shroud using 2 bolts (M6 x 30) and 2 nuts (M6) that you removed in 2 (Figure 19). 14. Route the wire harness under the frame of the machine and connect the other end of the tail-light wire harness to the machine wire harness. Using the Auxiliary-Brake Switch Press and hold the auxiliary-brake switch to decrease the engine speed (Figure 28); release the switch to stop the deceleration and remain at the current engine speed. Note: You may use the switch intermittently to gradually slow the machine. If you press the switch when the engine speed is below 1,200 rpm or if the engine decelerates to 1,200 rpm, the engine shuts off and the machine stops.
