MOUNTING:Cuttingdecksaresupportedbyliftarmscontrolledwithindividuallift
switches.
CONSTRUCTION:Deckchamberisweldedsteelconstructionreinforcedwithchannels
andplates.

RANGE:
25.4mmto127mm(1to5in)in12.7mm(1/2in)increments.Center
deckheight−of−cutadjustmentisachievedbychangingspacerson
castorwheelsandadjustinglengthofdecksupportchains.Sidedeck
adjustmentrequiresaddingorremovingspacersfromthecastorforks,
re−positioningthecastorwheelaxlesinthecastorforksandsecuring
thepivotarmstothecorrectheight−of−cutbracketholes.
DECKDRIVE:Closedloophydraulicsystemoperateshydraulicmotoroneachcutting
deck.Themotordrivesonespindledirectlywithremainingdeck
spindle(s)drivenbyBsectionkevlarv−belt(s).Bladespindlesare31.7
mm(1.250in)shaftssupportedbygreaseable,taperedrollerbearings.
CUTTINGBLADE:Cuttingbladedimensionsare552mm(21.750in)long,64mm(2.500
in)wideand6.4mm(0.250in)thick.Anti−scalpcupinstalledoneach
cuttingblade.Three(3)bladesonfrontdeckandtwo(2)bladeson
eachsidedeck.
WIDTHOFCUT :Centerdeckprovides1575mm(62in)widthofcut.Eachsidedeck
has1067mm(42in)widthofcut.Totalwidthofcutis3353mm(132
in)with128mm(7in)overlap.
DISCHARGE:Clippingsaredischargedfromtherearofthecuttingdecks.Provided
mountingholesallowattachmentofoptionalGuardianRecyclerKit.
SUSPENSION
SYSTEM:
Afullyoatingsuspensionwithhydrauliccounterbalance.Centerdeck
suspendedatrearfromliftarmsandhastwo(2)castorwheels,two
(2)adjustableskidsandtwo(2)anti−scalprollers.Eachsidedeck
supportedbythree(3)castorwheelsandaspringdampersystem
whichconnectsthefourthdeckcornertothetractionunit.Thereisa
mainliftarmthatprovidescounterbalancetothesidedecksalong
witharearanti−rotationlinkwhichalsoprovidesbi−directionalimpact
protection.OptionalGuardianRecyclerKitincludesoneanti−scalp
rolleroneachcuttingdeck.
