6.Positionthemotorbodyonitsside.Carefullyslidebearingblockand
gearassemblyintothebodycavityusingidenticationmarksmadeduring
disassembly.
7.Removeanyexcesslubricationfrommatingsurfacesofbody,rearcoverand
frontange.Makesurethatthesesurfacesarecleananddry.
8.Installdowelpinsinbody.
IMPORTANT
DonotdislodgeO−rings,pressuresealsorback−upringsduring
nalassembly.
9.Gentlyslidetherearcoverontotheassemblyusingmarkerorscribemark
forproperlocation.Firmhandpressureshouldbesufcienttoengagethe
dowelpins.
10.Positionthemotorwithrearcoverdownwards.Carefullyslidethefrontange
ontotheassemblyusingmarkerorscribemarkforproperlocation.
11.Installthefour(4)capscrewsandhandtighten.
Note:Preventdamagewhenclampingthedeckmotorintoavise;clampon
thefrontangeonly.Also,useavisewithsoftjaws.
12.Placemotorfrontangeinaviseandalternatelytorquethescrewsfrom45
to55N·m(33to40ft−lb).
13.Putasmallamountofhydraulicoilinportonmotorandrotatedriveshaftone
revolution.Protecttheshaftifusingapliers.Ifdriveshaftbinds,disassemble
motorandrepeatassemblyprocess.
14.Removemotorfromvise.
