1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Lifttherearoftheunitandsupportusingjackstands
orequivalentsupport.
3.Checkthechainsonbothsidesoftheunitforproper
tension.Thechainsshouldbeabletomoveupand
down6-12mm(1/4-1/2inch).
4.Loosenthenutsonthethreehydromountingbolts
andthetwoontheadjustmentboltasshownin

3.Checkthechainsonbothsidesoftheunitforproper
tension.Thechainsshouldbeabletomoveupand
down6-12mm(1/4-1/2inch).
4.Adjusttheidlersprockets.
5.Recheckthechaintensionandtightentheidlerbolt.
