Installing the V alve Lever
If the valve lever is not installed, install it as follows:
1. Thread the lever into the pump selector valve
(Fig. 1).
Note: The lever should be installed with the
bend toward the operator.
2. Tighten the jam nut on the lever to lock it in
position.

Installing the Wheels
The traction unit may or may not have been shipped
with the wheels installed. If they are not, install the
wheels on the wheel hubs, securing them with the
supplied lug nuts. Torque the nuts to 55 ft-lb
(75 N⋅m)
Installing the Dust Collector
1. Slide the hose clamp over the collar on the
bottom of the dust collector (Fig. 2).
2. Slide the collar on the dust collector over the
fitting on the top of the air cleaner (Fig. 2).

3. Tighten the hose clamp securely.
Bleeding the Fuel System
Bleed the fuel system to ensure that there is no air in
the fuel lines. Refer to the Operator’s Manual for
more information on bleeding the fuel system.
