linesareingoodconditionandallhydraulic
connectionsandttingsaretightbefore
applyingpressuretothehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompin
holeleaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure
hydraulicuid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulic
systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.
•Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidis
injectedintoskin.
1.Locateandremovethehosestobereplacedas
showninFigure1.
Note:Whenremovingtheoldhoses,remember
howtheywereroutedthroughthecomponentsin
themachine.
2.ReplacetheoldhosesandO-ringswiththe
appropriatenewones.Thepartnumberofeachnew
hoseisshowninFigure1.
Important:Beforeinstallinganyhydraulic
hoses,makesurethecorrectO-ringsarein
positionandlubricatedwithhydraulicoil.
