1.Looselymountabearingtoeachrollerarmwith2
capscrewsandlocknuts(Figure1).
Note:Ensurethatthebearingispositionedonthe
oppositesideofthearmastheweldedstopandwith
thegreasettingpointingupward.

2.Insertaspacerontoeachendoftherollershaft(Figure
1).
3.Insertthespacersandrollershaftsintotherollerarms
andbearings(Figure1).Tightenthebearingcapscrews
andnuts.
4.Securetherollershaftstotherollerarmswithlocknuts
(Figure1).
5.Tightenthesetscrewssecuringthebearingstothe
rollershafts.
6.Iftheaeratorismountedonthestoragestands,remove
theuppercapscrewandnutsecuringthestandstothe
aerator(Figure2).

backoftheframetubewhentherollerisinthehighest
andlowestoperatingpositions.Ifthestopisbelowthe
frame,therollerwasmountedincorrectly.
Note:Beforeusingtheaerator,removethestandsand
tightentherollercapscrewsandnuts.Afterusingthe
aerator,removethenuts,installthestoragestandsand
tightenthecapscrewsandnuts.
