Installing the Dash Bracket 1. Remove the 2 plastic rivets from the dash (Figure 1). g382259 Figure 1 2. Secure the dash bracket to the dash using 2 button-head bolts (M6 x 25 mm) and 2 locknuts (6 mm) as shown in Figure 2. 3. Torque the 2 button-head bolts (M6 x 25 mm) to 7 N∙m (60 in-lb).

Installing the Windshield Important: You need 2 people for installing the windshield. 1. Align the windshield with the opening on the machine. Ensure that the windshield is even on each side of the ROPS when installing the fasteners. 2. Loosely secure the bottom, middle of the windshield to the dash bracket using 3 button-head bolts (M6 x 25 mm), 3 flange spacers, and 3 locknuts (6 mm) as shown in Figure 3.

3. Loosely secure the bottom, left and right of the windshield to the door-latch brackets using 2 button-head bolts (M6 x 35 mm), 2 flange spacers, 2 nylon spacers, and 2 locknuts (6 mm) as shown in Figure 4. Important: You need to install the 2 nylon spacers between the door-latch brackets and the windshield.

4. Loosely secure the middle, left and right of the windshield to the ROPS using 2 nut brackets, 2 button-head bolts (M6 x 25 mm), and 2 flange spacers as shown in Figure 5.

5. Loosely secure the top of the windshield to the ROPS using 2 visor brackets, 8 carriage bolts (M8 x 20 mm), and 8 locknuts (8 mm) as shown in Figure 6. g382382 Figure 6 6. When the windshield is even with the ROPS, torque the 5 button-head bolts (M6 x 25 mm) and 2 button-head bolts (M6 x 35 mm) to 7 N∙m (60 in-lb) and the 8 locknuts (8 mm) to 26 N∙m (230 in-lb).
