Removethekeyfromtheignitionswitchbeforeyouperformanymaintenance.

Pre-MaintenanceSafety
•Beforeadjusting,cleaning,repairing,orleaving
themachine,dothefollowing:
–Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
–Movethethrottleswitchtothelow-idleposition.
–Disengagethecuttingunits.
–Lowerthecuttingunits.
–Ensurethatthetractionisinneutral.
–Engagetheparkingbrake.
–Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
–Waitforallmovingpartstostop.
–Allowmachinecomponentstocoolbefore
performingmaintenance.
•Ifpossible,donotperformmaintenancewhilethe
engineisrunning.Keepawayfrommovingparts.
•Usejackstandstosupportthemachineor
componentswhenrequired.
•Carefullyreleasepressurefromcomponentswith
storedenergy.
Lubrication
GreasingtheBearingsand
Bushings
ServiceInterval:Every50hours(andimmediately
aftereverywashing).
Lubricateallgreasettingsforthebearingsand
bushingswithNo.2lithiumgrease.
Thegreasettinglocationsandquantitiesareas
