Adjustingthecuttingheightmaybringyouinto
contactwiththemovingcuttingunit,causing
seriousinjury.
•Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
•Weargloveswhilehandlingthecuttingunit.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,themuferwillbe
hotandcanseverelyburnyou.Keepawayfromthe
hotmufer.
Adjustthecuttingheightasdesired.
1.Turnthefuelswitchtotheoffposition.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Tiltthemachineonitsleftside.
4.Wearingprotectivegloves,removethenyloncutting
line.
5.Repositionthespacerstothedesiredheight,then
reinstallthenyloncuttingline.
