Ensure that is it mounted so it is readily accessible, near a plug socket. Vertical distance between screw centers 72 mm, screw diameter 3,5 mm. Push in surplus cable and connect charger to plug socket.
Extracción de las baterías: Tras retirar el filtro, quite la goma de retención y retire los casquillos de contacto de las marcas de contacto de la batería. Remover as baterias: Depois de remover o filtro, retire o elástico e remova as tampas de contacto dos sinalizadores de contacto da bateria. Manipule la batería con cuidado, puesto que aún podría contener una pequeña carga residual que podría provocar daños en caso de que los contactos hiciesen puente.
Removing the batteries: After removing the filter, take the retaining rubber band off and remove the two contact caps from the contact tags on the battery. Please handle the battery carefully – there may be a small residual charge in it which could cause damage if its contacts are bridged together.

To clean the filter you can use your normal household vacuum cleaner or cold water. Make sure the filter is completely dry before reinserting it in position. Never use the appliance without the filter. Caution! In case of a defect both the storage battery-powered vacuum cleaner and the charging unit must be checked of if necessary replaced.
