SAFETY INFORMATION
Save these instructions. For your safety, read, understand, and follow the information provided with and on this product
before using. The owner and/or operator of this equipment shall have an understanding of safe use/operating
procedures before attempting to use. The owner and/or operator shall be aware that the use of this product may require
special skills and knowledge. Instructions and safety information shall be conveyed in the operators native language
before use of this device is authorized. If any doubt exists as to the safe and proper use of this product as outlined in this
factory authorized manual, remove from service immediately.
Inspect before each use. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked, or damaged parts (including labels) are noted. If the
product appears damaged in any way, operates abnormally or is missing parts, it should be removed from service
immediately and the manufacturer notied. If you suspect that the product was subjected to a shock load (a load
suddenly dropped unexpectedly upon it), immediately discontinue use until product has been checked by a factory
authorized service center (contact distributor or manufacturer for list of Authorized Service Centers). It is recommended
that an annual inspection be done by qualied personnel. Labels and owner’s manuals are available from manufacturer.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is the ideal hydraulic lift door handler that places door at an ideal height for strain-free replacement of hinge bolts
and pins on vehicle doors and bumpers. Features two structural support arms that lift parts into place without worry,
four swivel casters and an outrigger slide-out stabalizer to help when storing or moving parts. Operates with included
hydraulic bottle jack. Lifting Range 11.41 to 30.71-inch.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY PARTS DIAGRAM IS ON PAGE 6.
1. Assemble bumper hooks using the chain and hardware provided. Click the chain assembly bumper hooks onto the
snap links located on the tilting beam.

2. Install casters in the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the unit, using the hardware provided. After the casters are
secure, seal the ends of the tubing with the square plastic plug ends.

3. Attach the vertical tubes that extend from the base frame assembly to complete the assembly of the frame.

4. Attach the power unit to the bottom base frame assembly.
(Part # 4, 5, 12, 13)
5. Attach the slide bar assemblies to the tilting beam. Secure with the plastic knobs.

6. Attach the bent and straight rubber coated guide rods with the, 2- fender washers, and 2- wing nuts to the tower
extension. Insert the guide rods from the bottom of the top column assembly through the gap in the extension tube.
Secure with the wing nuts.
