There can be many reasons why your receiver does not work properly. If
the receiver does not work as expected, check the instructions below. If the
receiver still does not work properly after checking, contact your service
provider. Do not open the receiver cover. Opening will void the warranty and
repairs within the warranty period will be denied.
Troubleshooting

Standby indicator
does not light
The power cord is not plugged into an outlet.
Check the connections between the receiver
and the mains.
The receiver is connected to the mains by
an extension cord and the power is off.
Turn on the switch on the extension cord.
No signal
The antenna is not connected. Connect the antenna cable.
The antenna is damaged / misaligned. Check the antenna and its position.
The cable between the antenna and
the receiver is damaged. Possible poor
connections in the cable system.
Make sure the cable is in good condition.
Check connections.
You are out of range of a digital signal. Contact your service provider
The antenna requires switching on the
source
power supply.
Set the antenna power to "On". For details,
see Program Search-> Antenna Power
There is no picture
or sound on the TV
There is no picture or sound on the TV.
HDMI / SCART / AV is not selected on your
TV or receiver or the receiver is set to a
higher resolution than it supports TV.
The TV is not turned on. Turn on the TV.
The connections are not made correctly.
Poor quality of connected cables
Make sure the connections are correct.
Check the quality of the cable. Reconnect all
cables between the receiver and the TV.
The image is of
poorer quality,
noise or audio
appears and the
video occasionally
disappears
Weak signal due to bad weather.
You may need to reset the antenna for good
signal reception.
The antenna is damaged or covered with
ice.
The cable between the antenna and the
receiver is damaged.
Check the antenna and cable for damage.
The internal antenna has been moved from
a good position and no longer provides the
necessary signal strength.
Place the antenna in a better position.
Check the signal strength and quality.
The message “No
rights” or Pay TV
channel”.
The program is encrypted.
You have switched to a program that is not
part of your subscription or you have not
waited long enough for your subscription
program to open.
If the problem persists, contact your service
provider for assistance.
