BeforecontactingyourlocaldealerorTopconTechnicalSuppor t,checkthefollowing:

Checkallexternalreceiverconnectionscarefullytoensurecorrectandsecureconnections.Doublecheckforwornor
defectivecables.

Checkthereceiver’sinternalbatteriesforafullcharge.
•
Checkthepowersourceforincorrectlyconnectedcable s,andensureth epowersourceisvalid.See“Specifications”on
page75forexternalpowerrequirements.

Checkthesoftware.Makesurethemostcurrentsoftwareversionisdownloadedontothecomputerandthemostcurrent
