Loading New Firmware
Receiverboardfirmwareisreleasedasacompressedfilethatyoudownloadanddecompress.Thisfilecontainsthefollowing
twofiles:
• ramimage.ldr–theReceiverboardRAMfile
• main.ldp–theReceiverboardFlashfile
Touploadfirm warefilestothereceiver:
1. ConnectthereceivertoacomputerusingthePowerandSerialcablereceiveraccessory(p/n:100182‐01).
2. ToconnecttothereceiverinTRU:
a. ClickDeviceApplicationModeFirmwareLoader.
b. ClickDeviceConnect.
c. IntheConnectionParameterswindow(Figure19),selectSerialPortandtheportname,andthenclick
Connect.
