andapplicationconsistentwiththisManual.Theequipmentisguaranteedfortheperiodindicated,onthewarrantycar d
accompanyingtheproduct,startingfromthedatethattheproductissoldtotheoriginalpurchaserby
Topcon’sAuthorized
Dealers.

Duringthewarrantyperiod,Topconwill,atitsoption,repairorreplacethisproductatnoadditionalcharge.Repairpartsand
replacementproductswillbefurnishedonanex changebasisandwi llbeeitherreconditionedornew.Thislimitedwarrantydoes
notincludeservicetorepairdamagetotheproductresulting
fromanaccident,disaster,misuses,abuseormodificationofthe
product.
WarrantyservicemaybeobtainedfromanauthorizedTo pconwarrantyservicedealer.Ifthisproductisdeliveredbymail,
purchaseragreestoinsuretheproductorassumetheriskoflossordamageintransit,toprepayshippingchargestothewarranty
servicelocationandtousetheoriginalshippingcontainer
orequivalent.Alettershouldaccompanythepackagefurnishinga
descriptionoftheproblemand/ordefect.
Thepurchaser’ssoleremedyshallbereplacementasprovidedabove.InnoeventshallTopconbeliableforanydamagesorother
claimincludinganyclaimforlostprofits,lostsavingsorotherincidentalorconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoftheuseof,or
inabilitytouse,theproduct.
1. The warranty against defects in a Topcon battery, charger, or cable is 90 days.
