9Installation

9.1 Baby unit

9.1.1 Using the power adapter

Plug one end of the adaptor (DC 10V/

300mA) into the power outlet and the

other end into the adapter jack on the

side of the baby unit . A click

indicates, the jack is locked into

position.

Using batteries

Instead of using the power adapter, the baby unit can be powered by ‘LR03’ Alkaline (non-

rechargeable) batteries.

1 Pull the battery cover tab and gently remove the battery cover.

2 Install 4 ‘AAA’ ‘LR03’ alkaline batteries following the polarity as shown.

3 Re-install the Battery Cover

The Baby unit can operate with power adapter OCH with non-

rechargeable ‘LR03’ alkaline batteries. It has no charging function.

The Parent unit can operate with rechargeable or LR03’ alcaline

batteries (not included).
