Preparation 1. Prior to installation, examine all boxes and packages for shipping damage and compare the piece count with your packing slip. After opening all boxes and packages read this introduction carefully. Check that all of the needed parts are included in the package by checking off the components on the “Detailed Diagram of Shower Door Components”.
Inspect the product immediately upon receipt for transit damage, missing packs/parts or manufacturing fault. Damage reported later will not be accepted. Handle the product with care avoiding knocks and shock loading to all sides and edges of the glass. Read these instructions carefully before start of installation. Special care should be taken when drilling walls to avoid hidden pipes or electrical cables. Note: This product is heavy and may require two people to install.

Shower Door Installation 1. Prior to the Shower door installation, the installation of the shower base and plumbing must be completed. See Fig. 1 for details. Fig. 1 2. Install the wall jamb(11), to make sure the vertical installation. 1)Place the wall jamb(11) into the correct position and mark the position of punch, using 6mm drill to punch. 2)Using the wall plugs (01) and screws ST4x35(03) to secure them to the wall. 1 See Fig. 2 for details. 2 6mm 11 3 3 1 Fig. 2 10/06/22 Rev.1.

There is adjustment size between fixed panel(06) and door assembly, the width can be telescopic based on the exact request. 1 6 NOTICE: Adjust the maximum size 36’’(914mm), minimum size 32’’(813) 2 See Fig. 7 for details. Once confirmed the width, adjust the level, and then fix the wall jamb(02) on the wall. 1)Place the wall jamb(02) into the correct position and mark the position of punch, using 6mm drill to punch.
7. Install the door glass and Pivot, pay attention to install as below image shown. See Fig. 10 & Fig. 11 for details. bottom 16 top 6 7 7 View from inside Fig. 10 Fig. 11 8. Attach the F-seal (12) to the vertical edge of the Fixed panel. Open the door and attach the Bottom door gasket-A/B(9/10) to the bottom of the door glass from the pivot to the edge of the magnetic strike rail and trim off the excess. Next, attach the cut off to the bottom of the door glass, opposite of the pivot and trim to fit.
9. After the rubber strip is installed, cover the screw cap of Pivot. See Fig. 13 for details. Fig. 13 10. Using Ø 1/8” drill to drill the holes separately wall jamb(02)&(11), and then using screws ST4x10(04) separately to fix the fixed panel(06) and wall jamb(02), door assembly aluminum(15) and wall jamb(11). 11. Using Ø 1/8” drill to drill the holes from the top of 6 1 aluminum and bottom of aluminum, then use screws ST4x10(04) to fix door assembly and fixed panel, finally use caps of screws covers the screws. 4 Ø 1/8” Ø 1/8” ATTENTION: Do not drill all the way through the Expanding rail, only through the first layer. 4 5 Screw ST4x10 2 5 See Fig. 15 for details. . Apply a good quality, mildew-resistant silicone along the wall profiles and the bottom expanding rail where they meet the walls and threshold from both inside and outside the shower. Product Maintenance BASES and BACKWALLS: To ensure long lasting life for your acrylic back walls: wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth. To clean the acrylic back walls use non-abrasive sprays or cream based cleaners. Avoid the use of aerosol spray cleaners. Never use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers that could scratch or dull the surface. GLASS: To ensure long lasting life for your glass shower products: wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth.
