Filling Instructions
Unscrew the cylinder (3) from the
head assembly (2).
Check that the plate
(4) is all the way at the
bottom of the cylinder
(3). If needed, use a
screwdriver (or similar)
to push it down.
Fill the cylinder (3) with grease
using your fingers or a spatula.
Wear gloves.
Pack the grease by tamping the
end cap (5) against the palm of
your hand.
Continue to add grease until the
cylinder (3) is full.
Loosely attach the head
assembly (2), then insert a
screwdriver (or similar) into the
cut out in the end cap (5).
Press the plate (4) into the
barrel to further pack the grease.
This helps prime the pump by
releasing trapped air pockets.
Stop pressing if grease
seeps out between the
head assembly (2) and
cylinder (3).
Tighten the head assembly (2)
and wipe off any excess grease.
Pump the piston (6) until grease
flows out of the coupler (1).
Troubleshooting
No grease is dispensed
Air is trapped in grease. Loosen
the head assembly (2), press
plate (4) to remove air pockets,
then tighten the head.
In cold temperatures, grease may
thicken or solidify and cannot pass
through the coupler (1). Refer to
the grease manufacturer operating
temperature information.
Coupler (1) may get clogged with
debris, check for blockages.
Care and Cleaning
Keep the outer body of the
grease gun dry, clean, and free
from grease.
When not in use, store in a dry
location to inhibit rust.
Do not use any aggressive
cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol
or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the
housing and malfunctioning.
Clean the product with a dry,
fibre-free cloth.
Disposal
At the end of its service
life, dispose of the
product in accordance
with applicable
regulatory guidelines.
You thus fulfill your statutory
obligations and contribute to the
protection of the environment.

used as a dispenser for loose
grease. The small coupler opening
increases precision.
For safety and approval purposes,
you must not rebuild and/or modify
this product. If you use the product
for purposes other than those
described above, the product may
be damaged. In addition, improper
use can result in other hazards.

and store them in a safe place.

a) General Information
The product is not a toy. Keep it out
of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material
lying around carelessly. This
may become dangerous playing
material for children.
Protect the product from extreme
temperatures, direct sunlight,
strong jolts, high humidity,
moisture, flammable gases,
steam and solvents.
Do not place the product under
any mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to
operate the product safely, take
it out of operation and protect it
from any accidental use. Safe
operation can no longer be
guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended
periods in poor ambient
conditions or
- has been subjected to any
serious transport-related
stresses.
Please handle the product
carefully. Jolts, impacts or a
fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
Consult an expert when in doubt
about the operation, safety or
connection of the product.
Maintenance, modifications and
repairs must only be completed
by a technician or an authorised
repair centre.

b) Grease Gun
Do not use near an open flame.
Do not use with low viscocity oils
or greases. This may cause leaks.
Read the grease manufacturer
warnings before use.
Use clean grease.The grease
gun is not suitable for use in the
food industry.
