10. Operation
a) Test the swivel arm with cable hoist
Attach a suitable cable hoist to the adjustable cantilever arm (24/B7) with its mounting clamps (not included).
Please observe the instructions in the cable hoist operating manual during installation.
Place the rubber underlay (6) underneath and screw the cable hoist to the desired position on top of it. Then secure
it with the screw (5) and the washer (3), the spring ring (2) and the nut (1).
Perform at least 2 up-and-down idle tests with no load on the connected electric cable hoist.
Move the swivel arm to the right and to the left in its full 90° range to ensure there are no obstacles within the swivel
range. The swivel range covers an area of approx. 1.2 x 1.2 m.
After the test, check all screw connections again and, if necessary, tighten them with the correct torque.

b) Load Capacity of the Swivel Arm
The load capacity of the swivel arm depends on the mounting position of the cable hoist. The load capacity of the
swivel arm depends on the distance from the load working point to the pipe support. Please see further details in the
followinggure.
