Measurement reference
• As per the factory default setting, measurements are taken
beginning from the back of the device.
• Push the button (F) to change the measurement reference. The
following measurement references are available:
• Zero point: Back of the device
• The device length is included in the measurement.
• Zero point: End piece (I) on the back
• Fold out the end piece on the back.
• The device length and end piece length are included
in the measurement.
• Zero point: Front of the device
10. Distance measurement
1. If the target laser (B) is not activated, push the button ON (C) to
activate the laser.
2. Point the laser at a right angle at the target and hold the device as
still as possible.
3. Push the button ON. Shortly, a beep sounds and the reading is
shown on the display.
