Die Angaben zu den Aramid- und Kohlenstoff-Filamentgeweben
entsprechen den Mindestwerten nach Werkstoff-Leistungsblatt. In
den Werkstoff-Leistungsblättern (WLB) ist jeder Werkstoff genauestens
spezifiziert.
Die Angaben entbinden den Verarbeiter nicht von eigenen Prüfungen.
In Abhängigkeit von Matrix, Fasergehalt und Faserorientierung sind
erhebliche Abweichungen nach oben oder unten möglich.
Die Gewebefertigung erfolgt nach DIN 65 147 Teil 1 und 2 (Gewebe aus
Kohlenstoffilamentgarn), DIN 65 427 Teil 1 und 2 (Gewebe aus Aramid-
Hochmodulfilamentgarn) und den QSF-B-Richtlinien.
Verwendet werden:
Kohlenstoffilamentgarne nach DIN 65 184, Faserstoffklasse F
Glasfilamentgewebe nach DIN 60 850;
Hochfeste Aramidfilamentgarne nach DIN 65 356 Teil 1, Faserstoffklasse
A und B.
The specifications given here for both the aramid and the carbon filament
fabrics correspond to the minimum values in accordance with the WLB
(material specifications sheet for aerospace applikations).
The WLB lists the exact specifications for each engineering material.
These specifications do not exempt processors from conducting their
own tests. The actual values may vary greatly either way, depending on
the matrix, fibre content, and fibre orientation.
Fabrics are manufactured in accordance with DIN 65 147 T1 and T2
(fabrics of carbon filament yarn), DIN 65 427 T1 and T2 (fabrics of high
modulus aramid filament yarn), and the QSF-B guidelines.
The materials used are:
Carbon filament yarns as per DIN 65 184, fibre class F;
glass filament fabrics as per DIN 60850;
High-tensile aramid filament yarns as per DIN 65 356 T1,
fibre class A and B.
