9. Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Possible solution
The product does not operate.
• The battery pack (3) is not
charged.
• Charge the battery pack (3).
• The lock button (2) was not
properly pressed.
• Press and hold the lock button (2)
before pulling the on/off switch (4).
The battery pack (3) does not
charge.
• The power adapter (10) is not
plugged in.
• Plug the power adapter (10) into
an appropriate power source.
• Power source is faulty. • Use another power source.
• The surrounding air temperature
is not suitable.
• Move the power adapter (10) and
the battery pack (3) to a suitable
surrounding air temperature (from

Always remove the battery pack (3) from the product before cleaning and maintenance.
a) Cleaning
Cleaning the housing
Under no circumstances use aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions to
clean the housing of the product.
• Use a moist, lint-free cloth to clean the housing of the product.
• Wipe the surface with a dry cloth afterwards.
Cleaning the blades
• Use a resin solvent (not provided) to clean the blades. Read the resin solvent manufacturer’s instructions before
proceeding.
