Fault Possible cause Solution
The hoist gets progressively louder. Thepartsarenotsufciently
lubricated.
The gears and bearings are worn
out.
The hoist was not installed
correctly, or the parts are dented.
Oil the product according to the
maintenanceinstructions.Replace
thegearsandbearings.Checkthat
the hoist was installed correctly.
Motor overvoltage. The earth is faulty or not grounded.
Internal wires are touching metal
parts of the housing.
Checkthegroundwiresandensure
that they are connected properly.
Checkallinternalwireconnections
and ensure that they are connected
properly.
The stop/limit switches do not work. One of the switches (13/14) is
defective.
The stop/limit switch (13/14) is
obstructed.
Turn off the hoist.
Checkthestop/limitswitchand
repair/change it if necessary.
