13. Storage
• Store the product and its accessories in a dark, dry and frost-free location when you are not using it. The product
should be stored at the temperature indicated in the "Technical data" section.
• We recommend that you store the product in its original packaging.
14. Troubleshooting
Fault Possible cause Solution
The motor does not turn on when
the switch is pressed.
The mains cable is not connected
to the mains.
The cables are damaged.
The switch is defective.
The capacitor is defective.
The stop/limit switch was not reset,
or the switch is faulty.
The thermostat switched the motor
off.
One of the thermostat wires is
broken.
Plug the mains cable into the
mains.
Checkthecablesandplugforsigns
of damage, or reconnect the cables
and try again.
The switch needs to be replaced or
repaired.
The capacitor needs to be
replaced.
Checkthe
limit/stop switch and replace if
necessary.
Wait until the motor has cooled
down.
Replacethethermostat.
The push buttons (6/7) are pressed.
The motor makes a noise, but the
load is not lifted.
The mains voltage is too low.
The capacitor is damaged.
The brake mechanism did not fully
open.
Use the correct mains voltage.
The capacitor needs to be
replaced.
