9. Maintenance
Always disconnect the compressed air hose reel from the compressed air supply before carrying
out any cleaning, maintenance or repair work.

Keep the hose clean to ensure that the product works properly.
Removeanydirtthataccumulatesontheconnectingparts.Regularlycheckthevalvestoensurethatthereareno
loose connections, leaks, cracks or other signs of damage.
Checktheconnectingpartsfromtimetotimetoensurethattherearenolooseconnectionsorsignsofdamage.
10. Troubleshooting
Always disconnect the compressed air hose reel from the compressed air supply before carrying out any
maintenance or repair work.
Fault Possible cause Solution
The hose does not wind
back onto the drum fully.
The hose is tangled. Unroll the hose and then roll it back onto
the drum in a straight line.
Air escapes from an
unsealed location.
The hose is damaged.
The connector may be worn out.
Replace the hose (feeder hose or
compressed air outlet hose).
Contact a technician to replace the
connector.
11. Maintenance and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
Only use mild detergents to clean the compressed air hose.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the frames and hose drum.
