12. Troubleshooting
Always disconnect the product from the compressed air supply before carrying out any maintenance or
repair work.
Fault Possible cause Solution
The hose does not wind
back onto the drum fully.
The hose was rolled too quickly.
The hose was not rolled evenly.
The spring force is too low.
The replacement hose is too
heavy.
The hose stop ring (5) was
adjusted.
Rollthehoseslowly.

Adjust the spring force.
Use a replacement hose with a suitable
weight.
Move the hose stop ring to the correct
position.
The hose doesn't click
into place.
The hose reel was not installed
correctly.
The hose was released too

Hold the hose in your hand and slowly
guide it back onto the hose drum.
Replacethelockingmechanism.
Air escapes from an

The hose is damaged.

13. Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
Only use mild detergents to clean the compressed air hose.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the frames and hose drum.
